Pomegranate Lacquers Nail Polish & iPhone 4 Case!

I received a message from one of my favorite nail polish companies, Pomegranate Lacquer, saying they were looking for their bloggers to make a nail design to match a phone case! They teamed up with Cellairis to match up their nail polishes to the Cellairis cases! It was on a first come first serve basis, and there was only 1 of each set available! Luckily I got one, and I'm in love! I unfortunately don't have an iPhone 4, but my bestfriend (who is like my sister) has one, so I'll be sharing the love with her :)

This is the beautiful case and polish I received! The case is a limited edition one from Elle & Blair Fowler, who if you're not familiar with, they are YouTube Beauty Gurus! I was so impressed by the quality of the case, and I'm in love with the design! The polish color I received is Royal Brat and is a beautiful smokey lime green color!

Now when I chose this design, I thought "Wow, this will be simple", and boy was I wrong... This turned out to be super hard and resulted in me redoing my nails about 2 times. So pardon my crappy rendition. I feel I got the colors right, but the plaid stripes were very hard!

Also, please ignore my ring finger and the obnoxious Curious George bandaid...I had a super infected hangnail! I took it off, and then the same day got another one on my thumb!! My luck right? So now I'm rockin' Curious George AGAIN!

015As I said, the stripes were VERY hard to do, considering they're not just normal stripes, they're slashes!

018I tried to do it the best I could, so Pomegranate Lacquers...please don't shun me for my terrible job, I promise I'm better at nail design than this :P

017This one doesn't look that bad! It looks like it matches a lot :)

 

Thank you to both Pomegranate Lacquers and Cellairis for allowing me to do this! I had a ton of fun trying to figure out the design, although it was a little frustrating! I'm happy I'm able to share the love with what you've given me, by passing the case onto a loved one!

    Looks great! If I could paint my nails like this I wouldn't need to pay someone to do it every 2 weeks ;). I can't even paint my nails a solid color let alone patterns :(.
