Here is my box! I don't think this is actually a month of anything, I think it might be a blogger box :) 
It came with this cute little paper that included all of the items, a description of each, and a tip for each! 
The first items are 2 packets of Roots by Deeply Rooted in Blueberry. Each packet contains a whole day's worth of super foods! It is a delicious blend of powdered fruits and vegetables. The card that came with them says there are no other products that provide you with 19 all natural whole superfoods in each serving. Drinking two glasses of roots every day is your daily value of vegetables and fruits, not to mention, it tastes great! ROOTS is real food and there are never any synthetics added. All the vitamins in ROOTS occur naturally in our handpicked vegetables and fruits to insure that your body will recognize what it consumes, allowing maximum nourishment. This products TIP is:

I decided to try this while writing the blog to give you a good, fresh review! First off, the powder is actually brown. It literally looks like dirt. I mixed it in with about 8 FL. OZ. of water, maybe a little more, and when wet it's actually a dark green color. It looks terrible but smells amazing. The blueberry scent hit me as soon as I opened the packaging. I just dipped my finger in it, to see what it would look like, and my finger was covered in a green sludge. As for the taste? I'm not too keen on it. It's not bad but it's not something I'd drink every day. I can taste the blueberry, but I can taste a lot of other things as well, which just doesn't mix. The fact that it's thick with powder (and some of that powder doesn't dissolve) makes it a little worse than expected as well. I definitely wouldn't drink this alone, like I just made. If anything, I would put it in a fresh, nicely made smoothie. Then it might be covered and masked a tiny bit, enough to enjoy it. Next up are 2 12 ML packets of EVOO by California Olive Ranch. I was super excited to see these in the box! Not only was I low on EVOO, I have always wanted to try California Olive Ranch. Of course, the olives used to make the olive oil are California Grown. The card that came with it says "We invite you to enjoy our full range of the freshest, best tasting olive oils made right here in the USA. We cold press our award winning 100% California grown olives within hours of harvest for a fresher taste. Our dark colored bottles keep our sustainably grown, premium extra virgin olive oil fresh longer." California Olive Ranch has 5 different olive oils. The first is this, everyday olive oil. It has a floral, buttery and fruity aroma. Smooth flavor with hints of green apple. Versatile--great for baking, sauteing, and everyday uses. The next one is Arbequina. It's very fresh and fruity with flavors of tropical fruit and fresh artichoke. Great for dressing salad greens or garden pestos. Arbosana is a complex, nutty oil with flavors of fresh tomato and almonds. Fabulous when baking with chocolate or as a drizzle atop soups or a grilled steak. I definitely could taste a mixture between the florallyness and the fruityness of the oil. I loved it! My dad used it to make steak, and it not only added a better taste to it, but it made it nice and moist. We love California Olive Ranch! Luckily, I still have a pack left, so I think I'll enjoy it on some macaroni :) I used to eat Olive Oil on macaroni all the time! A 500 ML bottle, on their website, is $12.59, making each of these packets $0.36 for a $0.72 total.
Next up is a single packet of Arrowhead Mills Instant Plain Oatmeal. Arrowhead Mills Plain Oatmeal is made from steel cut oats. That's about as much as I can get...from the pamphlet:"Arrowhead Mills Oatmeal: WHY WE LOVE: There's no better way to kick off your day than with a bowl of oatmeal. Sodium can sneak its way into many hot breakfast cereals, but Arrowhead Mills oatmeal is sodium free. Trust us, you'll look forward to this 100 calorie breakfast! The tip:

To be honest...it's just oatmeal. I wasn't too excited about this product. I ended up using it in Pumpkin Peanutbutter dog treats for my pups! :) They seemed to love it though. You can purchase a 10 count box on their website for $5.49 making this 1 packet $0.55
The next item is a $25 gift card to iTrain.com. iTrain is the premier source for downloadable workout programs, a mix of the best music, HD videos and the top celebrity trainer voice-overs. They have a bunch of categories you can choose from including spinning, cycling, walking, running, jogging and even rowing! How cool! The tip:

I really like this website. At first I was thinking that this was going to be one of those "gift cards" that you actually still have to spend money with, or that's really just a coupon for $25 off of $50 or something, but it's not! It's an actual gift card! They have music sets and workouts available for as low as $5.99! That's awesome! I love walking around my neighborhood, and riding my bike (when I actually can, and the tires aren't popped...poo!). I love up beat music, and that's what you can get on here! There is music in the background of trainers talking! But they're there to motivate you! I'm super excited to get some mixes on my ipod and get out walking! :) The gift card is actually worth $25 but you can purchase various workouts through credit card on their website! This gift card alone is worth OVER the cost of the box! AWESOME!
Next is a Coconut Cashew True Bar from Bakery On Main. This is a gluten free, non GMO, bar that has OMEGA 3 from Chia! To be honest, I was very scared receiving this bar in the box. I have had the Fruit & Nut True Bar, and the Hazelnut Chocolate Cherry Truebar, and both were so gross I spit out the first bite and threw them away! But seeing this bar was DRY made me a little better. The other two left sticky residue all over the packaging so it wasn't too pleasant to look at! I really enjoyed this bar though! Such a change from the others. It's a nice, light snack that has a phenomenal taste. I'm a huge coconut fan, and I thought it was put off very well in this bar! Next is this 2 oz bag of Hemp Hearts from Manitoba Harvest. Hemp Hearts are raw shelled hemp seeds. These hearts are perfect to be sprinkled on salad, cereal and yogurt! Hemp Hearts have a nutty flavor to them! You can even bake with them. They have 10 grams of Omeaga 3 & 6! From the pamphlet:"Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts: WHY WE LOVE: These tiny seeds pack a big punch! I absolutely LOVE THESE things! I've been waiting for the right item to try these with, but last night I said the hell with it, and put some in my hand. They tasted like walnuts, but were nice and soft with a tiny crunch. They were perfect! I actually got Roasted Hemp Seeds in another box (Healthy Surprise) and LOVED them! They were so crunchy and good, and these are what is actually inside of those! Awesome! :)

I just opened the Lemon one while sitting here typing this up, and WOW does that smell nice! It's an actual real lemon smell, and not the fake lemony smell you get in cleaning products and such. I love this! I wiped my hands and arms down with it, and it gives a nice cooling sensation while not making you feel overly wet! I'm not sure if all of the wipes are true to packaging, but this scent is definitely uplifting! I love it! The towel is nice and soft, it's like a cloth, and it's an awesome size as well! I have huge hands for a woman (big hands and feet...I got stuck with the Hobbit gene...except less hairy) and the cloth covers my entire hand! :)

In all honesty, I really did enjoy this box. Seeing the ROOTS inside didn't make the box appeal to me a lot at first, but having a look at the other stuff really changed that! Having full sized products in there (Hemp Seeds, Towelettes, Truebar) really was worth while, and having the extra $25 gift card was AWESOME! I love that it's an actual gift card and not a gift coupon. The one thing that confuses me is that on the website it said food, snacks and beverages, yet I received a workout gift card and towelettes as well. (Not complaining, I loved them) but maybe the website should be updated to include lifestyle items as well. Both items definitely fit with the overall theme of a healthy and fitness type box, considering Heather Bauer is a Celebrity Nutritionist! I really enjoyed this box, and actually look forward to purchasing one.
